New Cleat Adjustment

With the newest SHIMANO road shoes, fore-aft positioning is handled at the shoe while the SPD-SLR cleat provides lateral adjustment. Dividing adjustments between shoe and cleat supports precise positioning while allowing the cleat itself to use a more compact, lower-profile design.

More Direct Connection

The SPD-SLR cleat and pedal interface lowers stack height by 2.3 mm compared to previous Shimano models for more direct power transfer and greater pedaling efficiency. The integrated design creates a seamless connection for a more stable, connected feel.
