What is your return policy?

To start a return through our returns portal, please select the link below:

  • We will provide a free shipping label with your return/exchange.
  • New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached & all original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A refund will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling paid on the original order.
  • If you have multiple order numbers, please ensure each order has a unique return label as provided in the returns process. Do not pack multiple orders into one box/return label.
  • Please attach the shipping label to the original shipping box your order arrived in.
    Do NOT attach the label directly to the product or retail packaging. Your return request may be denied if the product packaging is damaged
  • Please enclose with the return the documents provided during the return process flow at returns.ridecanada.shimano.com/
  • Return authorization is not necessary, and we do not issue RA#s for consumer returns.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made through Ride Shimano Canada.
  • Please note that it will take most banks 3-6 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email return confirmation. The refund will show as SHIMANO
  • RETURNING AN EXCHANGED ITEM: Our automated system only allows for an exchanged item to be exchanged again one time.
