"I do road cycling in steady base and no competition and i dont like SPD-SL cleats how fixed it is and no walking abilities. So i use SPD and this shoes in really good in performance, comfort and also you can walk ( not so far but decent distances with no issues. Its light in weight and material is solid . Just size up . . it comes smaller than expected"
