Designed for aggressive trail riders - where quickly clipping into your pedals is imperative - and everyday or new riders who prefer a simpler and faster engagement every time, SHIMANO’s CL-MT001 cleats provide multi-directional entry for easier engagement no matter the situation. The cleats allow for three distinct clip-in motions: traditional front first then rear, stomp straight down, or rear first then front.
With four degrees of float, the CL-MT001 cleats deliver just the right amount of movement while also providing secure pedal engagement over technical terrain. They’re also specifically engineered to work seamlessly with Shimano’s SPD pedals for greater control and stability.

"While it's not as easy a they show in the flashy advertisement, these cleats do click in from any reasonable angle, including straight down. The release is about the same as my old cleats. Definitely recommend."
